Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful forest cottage. It was magical. What a place
and what a find. Loved it. We went to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Bagni Di Lucca and a national
park. Wow what a place. Missing the fireflies and the forest view.

Our stay was wonderful and your cottage felt homely comfortable and a great delight.
We simply couldn't ask for more from the comfort of the house, fabulous views from and beyond
your stretch of land. The nearby walks entertained and provided the adventure that will long
last in our memories. Our little girl also enjoyed several evenings playing on the patio and
left you several surprises in the vines.
The local village was great to visit, meeting some of the locals, those we bought ice-cream
from will stay long in our daughters memory I'm sure.
Hopefully we'll be able to plan a next visit

This was our first visit to Italy and it was wonderful and amazing and everything in between!
We have always wanted to visit Tuscany and it did not disappoint in its beauty, culture and
cuisine. The cottage was a home from home in a wonderful secluded location with breath taking
views and plenty of Italian charm. The pizza oven was a great hit with the family as was the
alfresco dining in April! The owner, Michele could not have been more helpful on the run up to
the holiday and Anna and Luciano who look after the cottage in Italy were lovely. The location
was ideal for visiting Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the coast and we even enjoyed an evening of
opera! A truly memorable experience all round. Thanks Michele and Peter for sharing your
little piece of Italy with us.

We can't thank you enough for you renting out your Italian dream cottage to us. Apart from the
weather it has been a very relaxing break and we have enjoyed touring the countryside.
We can't fault anything, so sorry no tips for improvement (other than the weather!) Your advice
was very welcome, especially the supermarket tip on the way in. We spent a number of days just
sitting in the cottage reading which was a welcome break from our hectic lives.
Look forward to staying again if you'll have us!

We found this typical Tuscan cottage in a stunning setting in the
woods in the mountains, it is secluded but with civilisation less than 2 miles away down a fairly
narrow windy road.
We found everything we needed in the cottage, it has been tastefully furnished and was
spotlessly clean. We found the lady who had the key delightful, and we're confident that if we
had had a problem she would have helped us. The owner answered all our queries before we arrived
and we found the cottage exactly as it was described.
We would recommend the property to a friend if they wanted to relax in a quiet tranquil
setting enjoying the wildlife and walking in the woods, also as a base for exploring the area.
There is a good range of local shops 4 miles away and a little further away an excellent
supermarket Esselunga, the fresh fruit and vegetables and the cooked chicken were really good.
We found La Terrasse restaurant at the roundabout, four miles from the cottage suited us very
well with simple traditional Italian food and reasonable wine, so went there most evenings.
Thank you for a lovely Tuscan experience.
